Reception and Performance January 31, 5-7pm with music by Mwalim and the Groovalottos, Mwalim (Morgan James Peters, Mashpee Wampanoag) performance piece celebrates the often unrecognized African and First Nation roots of American music, namely blues, jazz and soul. Also performances by Yoruba 2 and Spoken Word.
