The only pertinent exception to this rule is responding to a one-time request, after which the identifiable child-specific information is deleted. We use this information to respond to questions, provide information, and collect demographic data for reports to the Rhode Island General Assembly and the local, regional, and national Tourism Boards.

The Rhode Island Tourism Division shall collect editorial and contact information including names, phone numbers, fax numbers, web site url's, email addresses and other information about various tourism related properties and there services through a property opt-in basis whereby this content may be modified to meet suitable editorial requirements to be posted on this site. All content provided by property owners and/or agents shall be listed as public domain and may be reused by the public without penalty or infringement of copyrights to the property owner, the Tourism Division, or the State of Rhode Island.
