Chef Granata has clearly established himself as one of Rhode Island's premier culinary talents! From the kitchen of this elegant Federal Hill restaurant he is known for his masterful versions of classical Italian dishes, melded with eye-popping creative fare that amazes restaurant guests on a nightly basis.
His culinary career ironically began more than twenty years ago in the very kitchen he occupies today. From the late eighties through the mid-nineties, Chef Granata served as an Able Apprentice / Sous Chef to noted Camille's Chef Joseph Lovely. It was during this time that he developed a true passion for classical Italian cooking.
