Kevin Di Libero - Executive Chef
With his generous creativity, Kevin Di Libero strives to create a dining experience where the food is equally balanced with the restaurant's atmosphere. His mentor, Raffaele Santrapaia of Capri, Italy, who trained Kevin while he earned his degree at the Florida Culinary Institute, instilled in him his love and respect for great food.
Kevin soon took his career to Rhode Island restaurants, including 1200 Ocean Grill and sister restaurants The Mooring, 22 Bowen's, and Castle Hill.
Kevin is currently Executive Chef for Trio Restaurant, where he leads a talented team in bringing the culinary experience to even greater heights.
