INTRODUCTION - All qualified printing vendors are welcome to submit a bid for one or more of the following open RFP's listed below. Depending on the size and projected cost of the project, invitation to bid are advertised in the Providence Journal, online at the State Purchasing web site, and here at: www.VisitRhodeIsland.com/rfp/

SUBMITTING PROPOSALS - Proposals will be accepted via FAX or postal mail as long as they are submitted by the date and time indicated within each specification. Please limit phone calls to technical issues pending review of submitted bid documents.

NOTIFICATION OF AWARD -The successful bidder will be notified by telephone, and all vendors receive a breakdown of the process through postal mail roughly 3 days after bidding closes.
