UnDecked Halls offers visitors a behind the scenes tour of the first floor of Rough Point, an English Manorial style mansion owned by Doris Duke. The tour provides an authentic view inside a Newport mansion in winter - when Duke was in Hawaii. Visitors can experience the quiet house, learn about the winter caretaking traditions, and get a rare glimpse into Miss Druke's tropical Hawaiian holiday. A highlight of the tour will be refreshments in the decorated staff wing, an area of the home not ordinarily open to the public.
