418 acre former dairy farm located in Tiverton. The property consists of diverse habitats including many farm fields and hedgerows, extensive swamp forest and dense thickets. A ten acre stocked trout pond is present on the east side of 8 Rod Way. Access is off of Route 77 and 8 Rod Way.
