Established in 2007, the gallery is dedicated to the promotion of contemporary artists based in Rhode Island. With monthly exhibitions and flat files representing a range of artists, 5 Traverse offers visitors a chance to discover and collect work by both emerging and internationally established artists from around the state. 5 Traverse also curates beyond the gallery walls, from new media installaitons and animaiton festivals to art exhibitions in a variety of non-traditional spaces.
