Cooking with vibrant flavor, Chef Neil Manacle brings with him over 18 years experience at some of New York City's finest restaurants. Neil's background includes working as Chef de Cuisine for Bar Americain, Mesa Grill and Bolo.

Chef Neil Manacle believes in utilizing local, seasonal ingredients and works tirelessly to create menus packed with flavor that will leave guests with a memorable dining experience.

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Neil is excited to rediscover Rhode Island's locally grown produce and local seafood.

Together with Sous Chef Kevin King, it is always a comfortable atmosphere at Fluke Wine, Bar & Kitchen.
