Executive Chef Michael A. Conetta, a lifelong Rhode Islander, knew at an early age that he wanted a career in the culinary arts.
Under the tutelage of some of the regional top chefs, Chef Michael learned the rewards of hard work, the creativity that comes with culinary diversity and the merits of mastering all jobs in the kitchen.
Chef Michael was named Executive Chef at sister property Waterman Grille in Providence. It was his experience there that prepared him to become Executive Chef at the Mooring Restaurant, where he prepares fresh, artistic dishes using local ingredients at the long-standing seafood restaurant.
