How did you get into cooking?
Discovered my passion for cooking when I had to cook for my siblings growing up. In the process I was inspired to play with different types of food and flavors which later led to taking culinary courses and landed me a job as a prep cook at Rocky Point Pizza.
Then I was given the opportunity to really explore my passion and I became Head Chef for Doherty's Irish Pub. Throughout the years I have opened three restaurants along Owner Jack Doherty and made Shannon View Inn my main home.
I am happily married to my wife Kerrie Kent and have four wonderful children who I love to cook for and share my love for food.
My favorite dish to make is "My Meat Loaf" which is inspired by my mother's meat loaf recipe infused with my own twist.
