Gaudreau, a nationally recognized, award-winning chef from Jamestown, Rhode Island, honed his culinary expertise in some of the most popular restaurants in the country including The Atlantic Grill, Blue Water Grill and Ruby Foo's in New York City, NY; Trattoria Simpatico in Jamestown, RI; The White Horse Tavern in Newport, RI; Ruth's Chris Steak House in Providence, RI, where he was General Manager and Opening Executive Chef; The Riverwalk Cafe in Providence, RI, as owner and chef; and The Pier Restaurant in Newport, RI. Now as Executive Chef at Trio in Narragansett, Kevin eagerly looks to put his own interpretation on Mediterranean with influences from South County and its local ingredients. Chef Gaudreau is a mentor chef for The Culinary Institute of America.
