Luxe Burger Bar
As chef de cuisine at Luxe Burger Bar, Warren, RI, native Chris Blouin is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the back of the house, overseeing the culinary team, and menu creation and execution. He has appeared on The Rhode Show on WPRI 12 and recently oversaw the 3rd Annual Build Your Own Burger contest.
Prior to Luxe, Chris was executive chef at Chiazza in Barrington, RI, responsible for menu creation, ordering, and inventory controls. He also served as executive chef at Aidan’s Pub in Bristol, RI, and as production manager for the Great Southern Shrimp Company in Westport, MA.
An avid surfcaster, Chris is on the pro staff for Century fishing rods and StormR, providing expert recommendations for fellow recreational fishermen. He also has recipes featured in The Fisherman Magazine and On the Water magazine. He holds an Associates Degree from Johnson & Wales University and currently resides in Warren
with his two dogs, Rocky and Kona.
