David Sniffen, the executive chef and brewmaster is in his 20th season at the Mohegan Café and Brewery. David brings a wide range of options to the Mohegan's menu including great salads, fresh local seafood, vegetarian choices, Asian specialties, Tex Mex options, pasta dishes and delicious steaks and poultry. The Mohegan Café is knows for it's casual atmosphere and food choices for any palate. David brews fresh beer weekly with tap pours such as his "Chile Pepper Ale", "Striper English Red" and "Black Buck Stout".
