Blackie's Bull Dog Tavern
She graduated in 2002 from Johnson & Wales University with a bachelor of science in culinary arts, and has worked at a number of restaurants, including as executive chef for the seven restaurants that were owned by the Pinelli Marra Restaurant Group, four of which she opened. She has also worked at other restaurants in Providence & Chicago, IL and at Ashford Castle in Cong, County Mayo, Ireland. Angie says that part of her mission is to give back to the community. Toward that end, she volunteers her time with a variety of organizations, including Share Our Strength, the Rhode Island Community Food Bank, American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, the Humane Society, March of Dimes, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Amos House, Genesis Center & The Met School.
