Ingredients
12 Large Tomatoes
1 small Spanish onion
2 Table spoon Fresh Cilantro
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Peppers
½ Teaspoon Black pepper
1 small can Green Chili Peppers
1 Teaspoon Chopped Garlic
¼ Cup Granulated Sugar
¼ Cup Lime Juice
1 Can Whole tomatoes
Directions
Core Fresh Tomatoes and score the bottoms. Place in a put of boiling water for 60 Seconds, place tomatoes into a ice water to chill. Next peel the skin from the tomatoes. Rough chop the Cilantro. Place all ingredients into a Kitchen Aide Grinder and puree, chill and serve with your favorite chips.
