7 oz lean thin slice corned beef round
4 slices of imported Swiss cheese
3 tbs thousand island dressing
1/2 cup drained sour kraut
2 slices of Vienna style rye bread
heat pan or griddle medium heat
butter only outside of rye bread
put both buttered side down then
add Swiss and thousand island on both slices. heat corned beef and kraut separate. put kraut on both sides of
bread then corned beef in the middle then fold together and enjoy.
always put the cheese on the bread first
this protects the bread from the juices
of the meat and sauce.
