Ingredients

1 Yellow Onion Diced
1 Green Pepper Diced
2 12 Oz. Cans Diced Tomatoes
2 12 Oz. Cans Pinto Beans
2 12 Oz. Cans Black Beans
1 7 Oz. Can Green Chiles
2 Oz. Chipotle Peppers Pureed
2 Oz. Cumin
2 Oz. Dark Chili Powder
2 Oz. Soy Sauce
2 Cups Fresh Cilantro Pureed
1 Can 12 Oz. Corn

Directions

Cook onions and peppers on low heat in 2 oz. oil until cooked through. Add remaining ingredients and heat on low until chili reaches 165 Degrees F while stirring frequently.
