The evening begins with Les Glories Crémant de Loire Blanc Brut, paired with pan-seared shrimp finished in brown butter and roasted corn purée—bright, elegant, and perfectly balanced. For the second course, enjoy Vint by Robert Mondavi Private Selection Buttery Chardonnay alongside roasted chicken with butternut squash and chili beurre blanc, offering warmth and richness ideal for the season.
