Adult Ballet Basics and Stretch

Students will dance at the ballet barre, do some light stretching, and learn basic ballet movement.

Classes are designed to welcome adult dancers of all ages and abilities. These classes offer a fun way for dancers to exercise, meet new friends, and enjoy movement!
