America 250! Independence Festival & Colonial Ball

The pleasure of your company is requested to celebrate America 250 with the Beacon Pole Hill Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution.

Join us August 15, 2026 at the Hearthside House and Butterfly Mill in Lincoln, RI for an America 250! Independence Festival and Ball (costumes optional)!

• 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM: Independence Festival: tour a brand new exhibit at Hearthside House, play Colonial children's games, explore how local organizations are preserving our history, find out if you're related to a patriot of the American Revolution, purchase America250! goods or enter a raffle.

• 5:30 PM: Food

• 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM: Colonial Ball: a professional dance caller will transport guests of all skill levels to 18th-century Rhode Island. Period attire encouraged, patriotic evening wear welcome.

• 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM: Mercy Otis Warren will be present to greet guests and share stories about the American Revolution.
