Beginner Ballet/Ballet 1 Camp (Ages 12+)

Performance Camp: June 23rd-July 20th

• 2 ballet classes, 2 ballet rehearsals / week
• 2 contemporary classes, 2 rehearsals / week

This course offers serious dance students an intensive three-week dance experience and a week of performances!

Dancers will take ballet classes on Mondays and Wednesdays followed by a rehearsal, and contemporary classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays followed by a rehearsal. One ballet and one contemporary piece of choreography will be set during rehearsals which students will present in the Newport Contemporary Dance Festival alongside professional dancers from around the country and world!

Students will additionally have a dress rehearsal TBD from 5:30 – 8:30 PM and perform four times during the festival July 16 -20.
