This 60 minute Yoga class combines cardio intensive dance, strength conditioning and power yoga all set to heart-pumping music, giving you a full body experience that awakens your soul. Buti Yoga uses bodyweight and encourages resistance in your own body, so all you need is a mat + some water!
Aloft is located at 191 Dorrance St in Providence, RI. Valet parking is available + there’s plenty of street parking in the area as well.
After class, head up to Blu Violet, Aloft’s rooftop restaurant + bar! Reservations recommended.
