Celebration of Jacques Pépin at CHOP
Join the Culinary Hub of Providence for a dinner hosted by Chef Joshua Riazi in honor of culinary legend Jacques Pepin.
The evening begins at 6 p.m. with a cocktail hour featuring canapés with Chef Beau Vestal of New Rivers, and bourbon cocktails (inspired by Jacques favorite spirit) created by CHOP beverage director Sophie Szych, followed by a globally inspired dinner at 6:45 p.m. CHOP chefs Joshua Davis and Matthew Weston, along with talented culinary students from the Genesis Center, will present a multi-course menu highlighting coastal New England ingredients reimagined through Rhode Island’s rich global influences.
Each course will be paired with wines.
