Passed hors d'oeuvres: miniature beef wellington, scallops wrapped in bacon, risotto arancini, crispy green beans with avocado poblano ranch dipping sauce, and clam chowder soup sips. There will also be a cheese display for guests to enjoy.
Dinner starts with shrimp cocktail, followed by artisan lettuce mix topped with swiss cheese, shredded carrots, dried cranberries and apples with a champagne vinaigrette with rolls and butter.
Guests will have the choice of the following for dinner: roast tenderloin of beef topped with a brandy dijon mustard sauce or lobster casserole- lobster in creamy sherry sauce topped with cracker crumbs, both served with Irish mashed potatoes and green beans with lemon and garlic butter.
To finish the night there will be a dessert display of bananas foster and peaches flambé served with coffee and tea.
