Cocktail Hour at the Cafe

Master Mixologist Dale DeGroff will host a book signing and craft cocktail demonstration on Tuesdays this fall at The Cafe in Westerly. Participants in any of his sessions at The Cafe will receive his newly released 20th anniversary edition,”THE NEW CRAFT OF THE COCKTAIL: Everything You Need to Know to Think Like a Master Mixologist.” In each session, participants will receive a welcome aperitif, then samples of three cocktails, and light bites from The Cafe kitchen.
