The Providence Flea is excited to host our First Annual Big Pride Flea on Friday Night, June 9, from 5:30-9:30 p.m. at Farm Fresh RI Market Hall!
You may be thinking this Flea will be filled with rainbows and unicorns. (It will.)
You may be thinking it’ll be a fun summer night in the city to shop and eat and drink local. (It will.)
But, more than these, it’s an opportunity for us as a gay-owned business to showcase our fellow LGBTQ+ vendors and allies, own the joy in our existence, and celebrate our differences and each other during Pride Month—and every month, frankly!
In addition to a market full of local goodness, we’re also using our platform to amplify LGBTQ+ voices and support the fledgling Haus of Codec (@hausofcodec), an organization committed ending to transition-aged youth homelessness in Providence through the arts and workforce development. We are proud to collaborate with and uplift nonprofit organizations who share our values of equality, diversity, and acceptance.
We hope to see you at our next Friday Night Market in support of LGBTQ+ businesses with allies and friends, especially during these divisive times. Together, we can create positive change and build a more inclusive and accepting community for everyone!
