This gentle yoga practice is created to be highly accessible to everyone who feels the desire to stretch, relax and discover their own peaceful inner sacred center. We begin each class with Mindfulness Meditation, followed by all levels yoga and conclude with guided relaxation. We broadcast each Monday evening from Common Fence Point Community Center in Portsmouth where there are students participating in person as well as those who choose to join us using Zoom. There is no charge to join the Zoom class (donations are welcomed) and you simply click the "free Zoom class link" right on our homepage to get directly into the class. No need to pre-register. You are welcome to drop in and join us in person for $10 and proof of vaccination. No yoga experience is needed for any of our classes. Please have ready your yoga mat, yoga block and blanket.
