Full Moon Sound Bath at Ocean & Harvest Spa

The first Full Moon Sound Bath session will be held Saturday, Jan. 3, 2026, from 7–8 pm and begin in Ocean & Harvest Spa. The experience starts with time to unwind in the spa environment, including access to the eucalyptus steam room and lockers starting at 5 pm, plus spa amenities of water stations, hot tea and house made spa snacks.

Held in a private lounge overlooking the Atlantic, the sound bath is designed as an ideal first-time experience, beginning with an affirmation ritual and group guided breathing before easing into meditative sound therapy. Reservations are required and encouraged as space is limited to eight guests to maintain an intimate environment.
