Gentle Community Yoga for All

Gentle Community Yoga for All with Rev Shelley Dungan begins June 11th and runs all summer. Most Wednesdays and Saturdays 10:00 - 11:15 AM outdoors at Norman Bird Sanctuary. Come experience these unique, inspiring yoga classes where the sense of community is strong and truly heart-warming. Come, find your inner sacred center in a supportive, welcoming, nature-centered atmosphere. This class is designed to be accessible for everyone in good general health regardless of yoga experience. This all-levels class will include inspiring readings, mindful meditation and a variety of yoga poses that emphasize developing groundedness, suppleness & relaxation. Please wear comfy athletic clothing, bring your yoga mat and a thick blanket to lay on the ground under your mat. Offered on a drop-in basis with a sliding scale cost of $15-$20. A portion of all funds going directly to support Norman Bird Sanctuary. Any weather related cancellations are posted 1 hour before class on our home page.
