Halloween to the Rescue is a unique fundraising event for animal-lovers, turning darkness into light for dogs, cats, and small animals in the care of Providence Animal Rescue League. Featuring delights of food, entertainment and live music, Halloween to the Rescue will be nothing short of fun for all involved!
