November 15: Pairing Wines with Your Holiday Desserts Come learn how different wines pair with various desserts, from fruit pies to chocolate cake to vanilla custard. This hands-on class will allow you to taste several examples of how dessert and wine pairings impact the flavors of not only what you are eating, but also the wines themselves.
December 6: Sparkling Wines for the Holidays Sparkling wines can be incorporated into your meal plans in many ways, including stand-alone aperitifs, main course pairings, and dessert wines. Join us and taste six different sparkling wines while learning about all the ways sparkling wine can enhance your holiday celebrations. Sparkling wine isn’t just for ringing in the New Year!
December 13: Winter White Wines As the weather turns colder, heavier white wines are a better match for evenings by the fire than the lighter ones we take to the beach. Some can even be combined with fruits or other liquors to make a winter cocktail. Join us as we taste a variety of winter white wines and a few cocktails from around the world that pair perfectly with warm socks and hot food.
