Join us for a series of free hula hoop classes hosted by Jessie Jewels, located in the Bally's Event Lawn adjacent to The Guild PVD Beer Garden. These classes are free and open to the public, but registration is encouraged at this link. Hula Hooping is for everyone!
This class is geared towards those with little to no experience. Play is an important source of relaxation and stimulation for children and adults too!
“Hooping” is an evolving form of movement, fitness and meditation. We don’t just learn to waist hula hoop! We also explore off body hooping, moving within the space of the hoop and rhythm. We also use the hoop as a tool to strengthen and stretch the limbs and core while having fun!
