Beyond that famous sweet sip, a full wine renaissance has been unfolding over the past few decades in Ontario and British Columbia. Winemakers there are turning out vibrant Rieslings, expressive Cabernet Franc, and more, all under the Vintners Quality Alliance system that sets the bar for quality and authenticity.
