JWU Culinary Arts Museum – Tour & Tasting

The Culinary Arts Museum Tour and Tasting will include a walking tour of the exhibits with a professional staff member, a tasting provided by JWU Catering, and time to revisit an exhibit or two on your own. The tasting includes complimentary savory-artisanal tea sandwiches, sweet treats, and house-brewed seasonal chilled tea. This is a ticketed timed event with tours starting at the beginning of the reservation window. 

As an extension of JWU Library, the Culinary Arts Museum on Johnson & Wales University’s Harborside Campus stores and exhibits hundreds of thousands of historic artifacts associated with the fields of culinary arts, food studies, and hospitality. There are currently 16 curriculum-driven exhibits on display.
