Make Your Own Pint of Ice Cream

Learn the Art and Science of Ice Cream Making - Each student will make their own pint during this one-hour workshop! You will work with one of our master chefs to create your own ice cream from scratch. From cracking eggs, measuring ingredients, heating your base, adding your flavors and then freezing it using liquid nitrogen, this fun, one hour class is fun for all ages! We ask that kids under 12 work with an adult since we will be using heating equipment. Each student will make their own pint of ice cream...Eat some there or take some home. Each class can have as many as 6 students at the same time.
