A quiet hour of guided meditation and contemplative conversation. Mindfulness meditation is an exercise that helps cultivate a life of purpose, pleasure, and peace. Chairs are provided, but feel free to bring a cushion or mat.
For more program information about Still Together Mindfulness Meditation Community, visit www.warwickcfa.org. In person sessions are held at WCFA the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at 6:30pm. Virtual sessions are available via zoom on the 2nd and 3rd Monday of each month.
