Maggie Millner is the author of Couplets. Her poems have appeared in The New Yorker, The Paris Review, POETRY, Kenyon Review, BOMB, The Nation, and elsewhere. She was an Olive B. O'Connor Fellow in Poetry at Colgate University, a Stadler Fellow at Bucknell University, and a Jan Gabrial Fellow at NYU, where she received her MFA. She is a Lecturer at Yale and a Senior Editor at The Yale Review.
This event is part of the Nonfiction@Brown lecture series, an annual lecture series that celebrates the diverse voices that define this ever-more-popular and relevant genre. Our series honors working writers in various nonfiction genres, including literary reportage, lyric essay, personal essay, creative nonfiction, podcasting, journalism, and biography, amongst many others.
