Outdoor Fitness with RAD Fit at Sakonnet Vineyard

Sakonnet Vineyard has partnered with RAD Fit Studios in Tiverton to host a series of workout classes this summer.


On select Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m., RAD Fit owner, Jenni, will lead a one hour sculpt class in the barn. Select Sundays at 9:00 a.m. will feature 45-minute RAD Ride spin classes followed by 45-minute sculpt classes at 10:00 a.m. Registration for each class includes a post-workout glass of wine at the vineyard.


Resistance bands and towels are provided; participants should bring their own mat and water bottle. Spin shoes available for $4 rental via cash, Venmo, or card on file for members. Sneakers can be worn or people can bring their own spin shoes. Class descriptions can be found on RAD Fit’s website.
