Class Schedule: Mon, Tue, Wed at 6:30pm and Fri, Sat, Sun at 10am (Tuesday evening and Friday morning classes are more stretchy than they are flowy, perfect for beginners and any/all levels).
We ask that park you in our studio parking lot at 1525 Old Louisquisset Pike. Walk into Lincoln Woods through the pedestrian tunnel adjacent to our property. At end of tunnel, turn left and walk past beach area. On the right hand side, there is a an off-road path that will lead you directly to our yoga spot. (map is below). It is a solid ten minute walk.
To get to the pedestrian tunnel from our parking lot, walk up to the street and turn right at the mailboxes. The tunnel is just ahead, on the right.
If you do drive, enter the park at the Twin River Road entrance and turn right at the ranger hut. Park in the North Lot on your left. Our yoga spot is directly ahead of the gates/stone wall. Provide your name to The Woods Yoga staff member wearing an orange vest and they will check you into class. Outdoor classes are $10 and regular class passes/memberships may be used. Pre-registration is required, walk-ins will not be permitted, register here. 2 hour cancellation policy applies, late cancellations and no-shows will result in loss of class pass or a $10 fee if class was sold out and someone else couldn’t practice as a result. Social distancing rules apply and masks must be worn when you are not on your mat. It can get a little chilly at times so layers are always a good idea.
