How can you have pasta without cheese? Or is it cheese without pasta? (Unless it’s not seafood pasta, of course… )

Learn to make your own pasta by hand in house at Mozz. Head Cheesemaker and Chef Luca will share his pleasure for one of Italy’s favorite pastimes, teaching you how to make delicious homemade pasta with 2-3 simple ingredients.

After the pasta has been made, we’ll do a small tasting and you will take home a batch of your own pasta and the recipe to cook up at home. Please bring your own container to do so if possible.

You will learn how to make homemade cavatelli with broccoli rabe and sausage.
