Students slice, dice, peel, julienne, sauté, flip, grate grind and chop their way through the “mise en place” for a five course gourmet meal.

Course by course the class prepares the recipes for the evenings five course Graduation Dinner.
5:00 - Wine Seminar & Tasting.
Students adjourn to a comprehensive wine seminar learning how to present and serve wine, create food and wine pairings and swirl, sniff, spit, swallow and savor like a pro.
6:00 - Final Exam - Dinner
Each student invites three guests who arrive at 6:00 pm to judge the efforts of the class by enjoying the complete five course meal complete with wines selected by the class. Students dine with their guests and await the decision of the graders as to whether they will be awarded the coveted Ecole de Cuisine Diploma.
