Restorative Yoga is a floor-based, gentle Yoga practice that uses a variety of props to help participants find comfortable, beneficial poses. These poses are beneficial for releasing tension, promoting relaxation, and fostering a sense of healing and renewal. No prior Yoga experience is necessary.

Please dress in layers and bring a Yoga Mat, a water bottle, and a bed pillow. All other Yoga props will be provided.

About the Instructor: Marie has been practicing yoga for 20 years. She is certified in Hatha Yoga (200-hour certification), Restorative Yoga, and Chair Yoga. She is also certified in Ayurveda Lifestyle Consulting and Reiki, an energy healing technique. Her teaching approach draws on diverse yoga practices, including Hatha, Restorative, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness Meditation, and Sound Healing.
