Root Down Yoga at Gather Farm

Like everything else growing at Gather Farm, we need to "root down" in order to thrive. Join us as we breathe, stretch, relax & awaken our senses in a 75 minute deep, soulful & enlivening yoga practice accessible for every body. We will take our time to land on the earth, care for our inner landscape and reconnect with a deep, accessible and ever-renewable sense of vitality, peace and joy.

Have kids? Bring them along for Farm Kids!

Note: Root Down Yoga takes place in one of our "high tunnels", with abundant greenery growing all around you. While the tunnel protects us from the elements of rain and wind, please dress in layers as the interior temperature of our verdant space varies quite a bit depending on outdoor temps and fluctuations in sunshine.
