Sourdough Bread: Make, Take and Taste

You’ll start class with a complimentary sour dough pizza tasting and then we’ll make sour dough together. Everyone will get complimentary dough to prove & bake at home. Our secret recipe will be shared and each person will get their own complimentary jar of sour dough starter. The starter will make fresh bread until eternity if given good care. Care instructions provided in class. This is a sugar free, no preservative, easily digestible and all natural bread. A complimentary dinner will be made and served including sourdough pizza, sourdough bread and sourdough calzones.
Audience: Adults and young adults 16 and older. Young adults must be accompanied by an adult on a separate ticket. There have been many Grandmother and granddaughter pairs and mother and daughter pairs who have enjoyed a memorable, fun time!
