Supper Club: 'Annual Friendsgiving' at Folklore

Join local celebrity chef Eli Dunn and his wife Rachel (the hostess with the mostess!) for an exclusive dining experience! On the first weekend of every month, Folklore Provisions will open its doors to 26 lucky guests. Each evening will feature a multi-course tasting menu designed by Chef Eli & his team to tell a delicious story through food & drink. Each guest will enjoy a total of 5 courses throughout the evening. A thoughtful curated beer and wine list will also be available with seasonal mocktails, espresso drinks and more.The seating will be family style to encourage community, connection & lively conversation! As your hosts for the evening Chef Eli & Rachel will mingle throughout the evening, telling stories and breaking bread. Guests will also receive special parting gifts and treats to take home!

• 1st Course– Sweet Potato Croquettes with Whipped Goat Cheese & Rosemary Bourbon Sauce
• 2nd Course – Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad with Pecan, Gorgonzola, Native Apple, Pickled Cranberry & Smoked Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
• 3rd Course – Thanksgiving Stuffed Mushrooms “Two Ways” - Eli's Style & Rachel's Style
• 4th Course – Fennel Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Root Vegetable Hash, Fig Balsamic Glaze & Native Apple Salad
• 5th Course – Pumpkin Mousse with Whipped Cream & Pecan Praline
