Burbage Theatre Co continues its 13th season with the Rhode Island premiere of “The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time,” the Tony Award-winning play by Simon Stephens, based on Mark Haddon’s bestselling novel. Directed by Karen Carpenter, this production brings to life a thrilling and deeply moving story of perception, family, and the power of human connection.
Fifteen-year-old Christopher Boone has an extraordinary mind. He excels in mathematics but struggles to understand social cues and everyday interactions. When he discovers his neighbor’s dog, Wellington, dead with a garden fork in its side, Christopher embarks on a journey to solve the mystery.
