3rd Course: Sherried Tomato Bisque with roasted garlic crème fraiche, crisp shallots, and torn basil
4th Course: Mesquite Rubbed Salmon with tiny potato hash, shaved apple and fennel salad, cherry and white balsamic reduction
5th Course: Beef Roulade with stuffed with roasted garlic and herbs, bearnaise, over pommes puree with slow roasted onions
