A memorable Spanish-inspired dinner is presented by Russell Morin Catering & Events for $60 per person (not including cocktails, wine or gratuity).
1st Course: Flash Roasted Padron Peppers and Crispy Prosciutto with Maldon sea salt, good olive oil, romesco sauce, and grilled bread
2nd Course: Gambas Al Ajillo’ with herb poached shrimp served warm tossed in a garlic and roast red pepper sauce served with grilled bread
3rd Course: Paella with Chorizo, Chicken, Calamari, Mussels, and Clams
4th Course: Adobo Seared Pork Chop with lemon and peppercorn butter, patatas’s bravas and roasted pequillo pepper mushrooms
Dessert: Churros and Hot Chocolate
