Join this French inspired dinner in the spectacular setting of Rosecliff, modeled after the Grand Trianon, the garden retreat of French kings at Versailles. This exquisite dinner will begin with Caviar and Champagne on the Terrace along with passed canapés. Guests will move to the ballroom for an engaging and entertaining 3-course dinner where each course will be paired with a fine wine from various French regions to include Loire Valley, Burgundy and Bordeaux. Dessert and cordials will be served on the terrace. Vintners will educate on each of the wines, the nuances of the region and the beautiful pairings with each dish.
